Camp Pendleton, CA? I need it with a casita with independant entrance for my parents as my husband will be deployed most of the time and I will be working full time and can not afford day care for three young kids. If possible no more than 45 minutes driving. Maybe Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Winchester, Menifee, Sun City, San Clemente. I do not want it in places that are too crowded. I am also looking for a place close to good schools and parks. The size or one floor or two does not matter. The price is what matters. I will be able to give six months in advance of rent. I need it by September approx. I will like to spent no more than $2000 a month in rent. a cul-de-sac is my preference. I am not strict on all ask here and willing for different options. Do you know of any house with a casita on it with independant entrance for rent?
