It can be anywhere in the world (maybe L.A.) but must welcome foreign students and teach you how to act for movies and tv shows and with music(like in camo rock) and it shouldn't cost more than 2.500 euro

Well I know of a acting camp. Its in Hollywood and welcomes foreign students. If it makes you feel better you get to meet people "like" the camp rock stars, but it doesn't teach music and im sure its more then 2500 euro!
