I am partly confused in my economics assignment.
When you take the NPW of say a motor, how do you include the salvage value in the calculations? Do you not simply add it?
Because in some problems, the salvage value is denoted with (P/F,i,N). What does it mean? given that I still do not have a future worth to begin with.
PLEASE HELP. I need this ASAP.
