Well it depends how "Hit'n'run" is defined.If I download an old movie with only one seeder. And it's realistic that at least one will download the torrent for every second week, how is it realsitic for me to seed? I use a private connection then I have no intention to seed for 24 hours per day. I usually "pay back" by seeding new torrents more.
