I was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with their weight? I put on 35kg when I injured my back and I only lost two thirRAB of it in detox (from the pain meRAB I was on)...and now I struggle so much with food and weight due to the lack of exercise and slow metabolism.
I know I'm going to have this problem for the rest of my life, and my back's only going to get worse before it gets better, if it gets better...and I know I can't do normal exercise so my metabolism's just stuck at sluggish and ridiculous!
Right now I can only do hydrotherapy twice a week, and even that makes me sorer than I was before I hopped in. One of my discs is degenerating a little early (I'm 27)...so things aren't looking good.
I honestly feel a lot of resentment about not being able to eat anything nice like ice cream or chocolate, because I know that other people losing weight can indulge every now and then because they can exercise and burn it off, and I know I can't.
If you're able to control your weight, can you tell me how you do it?
