Do you have to pay to go on the already downloaded iPlayer app on a nokia 5800?

I've had a nokia 5800 XpressMusic for some time now, and when I got it, it had BBC iPlayer already downloaded onto it. Do I have to pay for this if I use it? Or is it free to use?
