An aquaintance of mine and her mother recently had their cars towed away and taken to an impound garage that charges $150 a day per vehicle. The garage though was closed for the weekend, so the soonest they'll be able to pay for the vehicles is on Monday. Will they be charged per day for the days they couldn't pay the fine because the garage was closed? If they are charged, is it even legal to be? Or is it just tough luck?
