Do you have to pay internet fee for the HTC Touch pro (US Cellular)?

I know that you have to pay the $25 a month for the pro 2 but it dosent say anything about paying for internet for the pro1. So do you?

The additional $25 includes unlimited data. You will not be charge extra for using the internet from the phone.
