Do you have to have a special plan for the blackberry? (alltel)?

hey all! I have an Alltel prepaid plan. I have unlimited talk, text and web. Gan i get a blackberry for it of do you have to have a special plan for it? I have the Moto Q on it now so I can use smartphones, but i don't know about BB...
