Do you have to be in girl scouts to go to girl scout camp?

I wanted to go to the girl scout's horse camp. And i was wondering, can I bring a non-girl scouter with me? I don't want to know about the camp. Just if I can bring a non-girl-scouter!! mahahaha...haha
