My 21st birthday is soon, and I want to go out with a couple friends, but one of them isn't 21 yet. So I thought we could just go to a restaurant that has a bar in it, like Chili's or Fridays or somewhere, and sit there and get drinks so she could come too. But she said you can't even sit there unless you're 21. Is that right? I thought you could sit there, just not get alcohol. Hmmm... Also it will be a Thursday afternoon, so it's not like they're going to be super busy and want the space for somebody who's buying drinks. Does anybody know? Thanks :-]
