the best thing about it is its its a touch screen and a keyboard which i like cause i can browse the web by touch screen and if i want to txt(which i do alot) i can do it quickly with the keyboard. The worst thing would have to be the battery it runs out really quickly and that gets really annoying if your gunna use your phone alot ;]
