It cost 1700 per month for the family plan. I pay 275 and my company pays the rest.

We had family coverage for less than $200.00/mo. from Blue Cross & Blue Shield's Anthem Program and my husband and I both smoke. We also have four kids. This was not insurance through his company, though it was the same plan. It was MUCH cheaper.

I think that most people just accept the price from their job instead of looking into other options.
