Not if you heat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day on top of that and you eat non-fried foods the rest of the week to balance out.
I'm having fish and chips tonight as I have to go to my nephew's birthday party and wont be back until late, haven't had them for months, really looking forward to it.
If I had them once a week, evrey week, I would get bored with them before very long.
