...diversity/inclusion workshop? (This is also posted in Society/Groups.)
I have been asked to facilitate a workshop on Diversity & Inclusion. Even tho' I have a webinar on the topic, I will be doing this with a group of adults (avg. age 35). One of the exercises I did several years ago (and have forgotten) was to have about 12 people face each other (6 on ea. side) and fill out a 'questionnaire' about the person they were facing. Many of them got the 'answers' wrong b/c they based most stuff on stereotypes. So I am looking for some interesting comments about how diversity, stuff to keep the audience's attention, engage them in a few exercises, and anything else you want to throw my way about diversity.
