I saw a Liberal a while ago here complain that Bush said we mostly traded abroad. The fool did not know that abroad can easily mean overseas. His ignorant understanding of the word was that abroad was any country outside of the US and he proceeded to mock Bush for stating the redundant "obvious" about our international trade.
