So I enjoy history a lot, its my favourite thing to learn about. Thing is, I've had to learn about it on my own rather than in school because in grade 10 my history teacher was terrible. I hated her. Personally I think I would have preferred a male teacher.
She focused on things no one cared about like women's rights (no disrespect to women, just didn't think we should have spent so much time on it!) native rights, protest movements, french rights...etc..so basically rights of different people. Personally I think wars are much more interesting, as I'm pretty sure most people in that class would agree.
I have learned more from reading my own world history book and looking on the internet than I have being in her terrible class.
So my question is, do you have a good history teacher? Tell me about them.
