When I was in CA it was Rubio's fresh mex. It wasn't strictly seafood but the fish tacos were awesome.
Now my favorite is Bonefish Grill and I get the seared ahi tuna, which is usually what I get at any seafood restaurant. That, or fried catfish which lately I have only gotten from Cracker Barrel.
