iwas watching the news and they said their trying to pass a law for if your under 18, you have to have a doctors note saying you can tan.
ithink its stupid!

i think our parents should have the right to say wether we can or not.
 
Agreed. If you wish to ruin your skin with it and your parents approve, so what? Now, I myself would not tan that way, since i can't tan naturally anyway and end looking like a lobster in any case.
