Do you guys know where i can get decal paper?

I was on the computer the other day looking at decals for my bike and nothing really appealed to me.

So that's when i thought of the idea of making my own decals.

So i was wondering where i might be able to find a whole sheet of those decal papers? I specifically want a sheet of it in matte black as I got some ideas that involves using that color...

Not sure where you might get special paper like that, but Fonzz had decals made for his helmet that came out pretty sweet. Might be worth looking into.
