my now ex date and me were in contact almost every day (lived far apart at the time). One day I got upset about an ex colleague of mine hitting on me and told the other guy who got upset and next time we spoke he said he didn't want me and him to even stay in contact. He says he doesn't care about the colleague, said "you can do whatever you want with him, I don't care!"
After this he totally ignored me and wouldn't talk to me at all. Some weeks later we had a short chat and we got back onto the subject of me quitting all collaboration with this colleague. My ex date then said the colleague was insane, wanted to know what he had written me and what he was saying to me, wondered if I'd asked the guy whether he has a small penis and told me it's probably best I have nothing to do with this guy at all in the future and just ignore him.
I've tried to get my ex date to tell me why he got so upset, but he won't answer me. Do you think it's ok for him to ask such things about the other guy? And why does he do that since he couldn't care less about me? I still don't get why he got so upset in the first place.
