Do you get sick and tired seeing the same people on Facebook?

I see the same friends, same pics for the most part and am starting to get bored with everyone I know lol. Do you feel the same or is i just me? I wish I could switch them with complete strangers sometimes so I'd have new profiles to read and get to know!
I only have around 70 friends too but I can tell you which schools they each went to, where their hometown is, just everything about them and am bored!!
