When I was young I got so shy that I'd go as red as a cherry and start sweating buckets. Especially with someone I fancied.
My mouth went all dry and I couldn't put two words together.
It took ages before it got better, but even now, many years later, this shyness sometimes returns.
Does anyone get so shy as I did?.
I think that girls get just as shy as boys
I know now it's just lack of self-confidence, and because the damned hormones are cooking your blood.
But my advice....If you like someone and would like to go out with them. Ask if they like you, if they do then have courage and ask for a date. The chances are that that person is just as shy as you are.
If you are rejected DON'T take it to heart, it's not the end of the world.
It only hurts for a short time, but at least you know where you stand.
Please answer with (M) for male and (F) for female
