My husband is joining the navy, but I read that he won't get paid until after he completes boot camp. That's 8 weeks! Will I not be able to buy food or pay bills for that long? Should we start saving extra to handle that? Or is it different when you have dependents?
Oh, and another thing, what's with all of these people asking questions about joining the military, but typing with horrible grammar, spelling, and punctuation? Haha, if you're asking if you can get in without a high school diploma, and you spell it "skool"... I don't know, maybe it's just me. Sorry, that was unrelated.
