K KJM78 Guest Jan 16, 2011 #2 Personally, it was about learning what time a day was best to take it. I had to take it at lunch to sleep at night and control the anxiety. You have to find the balance. I could not take it before bed time or I was up all night. This might not be the same for everyone.
