Do you get hurt when people minimize your pregnancy aches and pains to mere whining?

I do. I am 31 weeks and it's NOT easy and this is my 1st. My mom the the other day said something like "well youre not the only one with aches and pains, it's just that I dont talk about it all the time". I know i'm not but so harsh! and also pregnancy pains are not really comparable to regular pains or pains due to conditions. I'm not saying pregnancy pains are worse, I'm just saying theyre not the same. and my boyfriend was like "yeah I agree" and then he started saying "you think it's hard to carry your extra weight well I have to do it all the time" (welll he has a bit of a gut but that is it). anyways do any of you ever get kind of annoyed frustrtaed or hurt by comments such as these if you experience it? or are you lucky enough to get empathy?
I know I dont have any problems with my pregnancy like gestational diabetes igh blood pressure or pre-ecalmpsia or anything wrong with my cervix, but I still get aches and pains too being 31 weeks pregnant. and when I complain I'm not whin
ing I'm venting.
lol Jami B! I know---thats what I told him! his argument is mine is temporary lol (hopefulyl). But being chubby in the middle is completely different from carryinga around a LIVE PERSON (though tiny) inside your stomach!
bailezra I am grateful it is a blessing. sorry 2 hear about your losses. thats how I actually deal with these aches and pains.
but this is my 1st and hopefulul everything will continue to go welll---comnplaingin about ym ahces/pains actually makes me feel normal and also less worried about my baby and if anything could go wrong. Be grateful for the one child you do have.
