Besides the basic form of Financial Aid that the Government offers, are there any other special grants or loans that the Government or any other organization that helps fund people with learning disability with schooling?
I would say no but you should seek scholarships for the disabled. I bet you would win other scholarships as well because you have had to overcome obstacles.
