do you get charged for motoblur for tmobile.?because i found a motorola blur cliq ...?

i found one it and i restored everything. i put my own tmobile SIM card . now its asking me to make a new motoblur account? i wanted to know if i get charged by that stuff. i have a regular tmobile plan
