Do you get BBM free with a pay monthly contract with Vodafone?

The contract Blackberry that I am getting will either be £15 or £20 a month and both say that they get free Blackberry email.
Is this the same as BBM? or do you have to pay extra?
Oh and they get 250 mb Internet usage
