Im getting a little bored of the foods i cook, i find that i tend to cook the same things each week, and then each time i find something new, it falls into the same pattern. I have been cooking a lot of curries and casseroles lately as being a stay at home mum, i prepare everything when the kids are asleep and let it cook for the afternoon, which gives everything so much more flavour!
I like to cook using fresh ingredients and things that require minimum preparation but taste yummy and are still relatively healthy. Do you find you do the same thing? What sorts of food do you cook regularly? Any tips on some new recipes i could try?
