...women laws by employing Asian? women? I increasingly see medical practices and companies with white men and mainly Asian women. You cannot be accused of discrimination if you employ an Asian woman instead of a white woman, as it would not be politically correct.

I noticed that the number of Asian women far exceed white women in higher profile degrees as well.
