Do you ever sing along with the "Radio"? A poem?

Radio Song
by Koye Lott

Born in the eras of soul
and hip hop
jazz and bebop
punk and hard rock
you know I can't stop
putting petal to metal
could not stop
turning dial after dial after dial after dial...
music took my mind.... when I
was just a child

Used to sing for play play
until this one day
a dude named Slappy
introduced me to reggae
and a lion was born
as his pulse grew steel
bought every album he could
because the music was real
and it made him feel
like he knew the deal
about life and hardships
exit the sadness
enter the gladness
press pause on the madness
understanding that's just

a part of a part of a part
of a point...
and if he'd just press play
then he can exit the joint
and leave it for better
than it was all along
this was just a radio song
