Cranberry berry full now

A friend of mine has said that she seriously regrets discussing issues she has had with her partner with a few of our friends because now that they are engaged, people seem to have the attitude she has 'settled for second best'.

She is really happy with her fiancee & is annoyed that because she discussed issues they had early on in the relationship, people took her 'biased moanings' at face value and now won't acknowledge she is very happy.

I don't know him well, but they seem fine to me, and I have to say it annoys me when other friends say to me 'yes but you don't know what he's like' true, but I do trust her judgement!

It has really made me think about involving friends in arguments and how it can backfire!

How do you feel about this?

Yeah my friends are the type of people that go for confrontation so if I have some kind of problem they'll go confront that person for me

as you get older you learn not to discuss certain aspects of your relationship unless its a trusted very good friend.
