The thing I just remembered is that a couple of friends I know, when they say a verb that contains an "S" as the second to last letter of the word, but contains an S at the end (In the sense of, for example: "Falls" or "Collects"), there happens to be some of error depending on the last letter of the word. For example, I have heard people pronounce "asks" like "ask-es" or "ghosts" like "ghost-es". I know some people have a problem with pronunciation, but I don't think it's that hard to pronounce it like the way it's supposed to be pronounced. It's not as annoying as when I hear people pronounce "ask" like "ax", which I never understood.
