Do you ever fear running into someone you've had sex with in public?

I'm not promiscuous by any means but I've had sex with a few men and each time I go shopping, I fear I'll run into these men. There aren't 100s, but when I go shopping, it's usually on saturday and many people go shopping on saturdays. I'm always scared to go downtown because most of them live downtown. How can I deal with this fear? How likely is it to happen? If it did, my entire life would be ruined and I wouldn't be strong enough to make it through. I would probably have a heart attack on the sideway. Do you fear this as well?
