Do you consciously have a desire for your child's name to rhyme with classmates' names?

This may seem ridiculous, but rhyming seems to be the primary motivation behind a lot of naming these days, and I am wondering if it is at all conscious. Parents seem desperate, for example, to find names that rhyme with "Aidan" (Jayden, Brayden, Hayden, etc.) Since none of these names were popular a generation ago, it can't be random. Someone must have decided that rhyming is the way to go.

Is there some reason that rhyming with other trendy names is so popular? Or is it completely subconscious?
