Do you buy DRM protected music from Nokia Music Store?

iTunes music can't play on my Nokia N97, then I tried the Nokia Music Store service and paid for an album, what's impressing was, it came with all the songs have DRM protection in .wma formats, I can't transfer or play them on my iPod either.

What a loss! Anybody has the same experience?
 
I bought albums from Nokia Music Store on my Nokia 5800 too, but all of them gone with the lost SD card, anyway can I retrive them?
