Do you believe the stuff on "UFO Files" On the History channel (Aka, Hysteria channel?)?

I'm often kinda skeptical about stuff on the history channel, except on The Universe (Love that show), But tell me your opinions on that show.
 
1. History Channel shows crap about science (It sucks for getting reliable information about science..)
2. They are actors, it's acting (reenactment)
3. Why would Aliens want to come here on Earth anyways?
4. Is there even solid evidence that aliens/ufo's landed here?
