do you believe that cars can run on water?

well theres not one auto maker yet that was done it right yet and its kind of a true thing but really the way it works and what it really gets done is nothing.. that thing has been a round about 40 yrs that i know of it didnt work all that great in the 70's and im pretty sure its not working any better now its just a scam to get your money you want to know anyways heres a few links its still a watse of money
 
No I don't believe you can save any money with this device.
There has even been one question on this site from some one upset that it was not working as expected.
Save your money and invest in a good tune up.
