What quotas? Private PRIVATE universities can admit or not admit anyone they want.
If anything they probably admit FAR less Asian students than they could strictly going just by numbers.
Some Asian students sued Harvard years ago for limiting their number and lost because a judge said Harvard had the right to admit legacy kids if they felt like it.
