Do you believe if you died after stealing say a bicycle that you will be in Hell with

the likes of Hitler? Or lets say a Jeffrey Dahmer or any one of Histories cruelest killers. Do you really believe that God is not as fair or loving, and would not recognize the serious differences; and not allow as such as the bicycle thief a place to cleanse the stains of sin,and truly repent, so he can be pure to live in Gods Kingdom , rather than punish him like the Hitlers of History?
