Most of the time the media, particularly when it comes to celebrity gossip, tend to present a piece of information where they accuse the person without providing a legitimate source. They say one thing, and everyone believes it, no one questions the actual authenticity, they simply take there word.
If the media accuses someone of murdering another, wouldn't you need actual facts regarding this accusation before making a judgement. The jurors in an actual trial are presented with actual facts before they are able to decide the fate of the convicted. Wouldn't that concept apply to the rest of the public upon deciding if one's innocent or guilty?
So my question is, are you one of those people who simply take the media's word, or do you question and ask "well, where did they obtain this information from?"
