Or do you believe Clinton when he said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, The thing is they both said it! or do you believe congress when they said Iraq didn't have weapons of mass destruction? Who's right?

Yes, but we took way too much time to get into the country. Clinton fired a couple missles, nothing big. Bush, although regarded as an idiot, had a very tough two terms. 9/11, The War in Iraq, and the Economy. Both did not move quick enough to find WMD's, but that does not mean there werent any. Our constitution is written in the blood of our ancestors, independence does not come over night. Good question!

well let's see.... you tell your kid 3-4 times exactly when you are going to check their room because you think they are smoking pot and WOW it's gone when you finally get up there after all those warnings....

Yes i believe the people that originally told the PresidentS and congress that there are/were weapons of mass destruction.

Congress said they did have WMDs, So did just about every intelligence agency in the world.

I guess it would come down to just what one would describe a WMD?
Having them and being able to use them, are two entirely different scenarios, also how viable are they. Weapons do degrade in time. Age and the environment in which the weapons are stored play a large role in just how effective they would be if and when they were to be used. One more thing that has to be factored into the question is how would those WMD be deployed?
Iraq may very well have had WMD at one time, but how viable were they and did he have the means to deploy them outside of his neighborhood?
