I had a wonderful time this afternoon and evening preparing Pasach Seder with my fiancée. Usually it's a big deal and we go to my mother's but we decided to do it at home just us and he's been teaching me the Sephardic traditions and how to cook some things. TNow, I know how to make Syrian meatballs with cherries and Bisquitte pan d'Espagne (a sort of sponge cake) and it turned out great. I'm stuffed but the leftovers should be good. Anyway, it occurred to me: we talk a lot about who does what or women belonging in the kitchen or men not doing enough chores, but I thought a positive note: do you enjoy cooking with your partner or teaching each other cooking?
