do you always get a written warning when you get pulled over in Georgia?

My husband says he got pulled over on his way home from work yesterday bc of the tint on the windows of the car. But he was driving MY CAR. I've had the car for 3 months and he hasn't liked the tint being on there ever since I got the car and has been hinting around about me taking it off but I like it being on there bc I have a sensitivity to the sunlight and never remember to grab my sunglasses b4 I leave the house and always forget to leave them in the car when I do remember. The tint was already on there when I bought the car, so it's not like I had it installed or anything. But, I just want to know, do they always give you a written warning when you're pulled over bc every time I've gotten pulled over in the past and they gave me a warning they always wrote it up and checked off that it was a warning so I kinda think he's lieing to me just so I'll pull it off!
