Do you also think the diea of heaven is simply what man desires?

Look at the scriptures. The discription of heaven is only what would be pleasant for a person living in thousands of years ago. Golden and silver cups, live in mansions, a garden full of fruits, rivers and flowers, no pain etc. It's understandable for people at that time to desire to live in such a world, people who were oppressed by cruel kings (who used golden and silver cups and lived in mansions in private gardens etc). I'm saying if an scripture was written nowadays would they describe the heaven in the same way? For example I'd rather have unlimited access to a lot of movies and music than live in a garden and have drinks in golden cups.

Also, if heaven is only a spritual place, then why is all the discription about material stuff? What need do I have to gold and silver in heaven? I need it here right now to become rich and live a better life. This is a contradiction.
