Do you allways use headset when you drive & talk on cell phone?

Do you allways use headset when you drive & talk on cell phone?How about texting often back and forth while you driving or even walking on the street?
This question came in my mind after watching many,specially young ppl talking in the street,while driving,texting all the time wherever they go.It's sounds too dangerous to me.I read news recently girl who was talking on cell phone went inside of open manhole.second incident a tow truck driver were talking and texting while he was towing away a car and went some one's swimming pool.Why do ppl are becoming too dumb?
 
I do not use the headset...don't have one and just recently got a cell phone about a year ago. I try to limit the conversations I have while driving but I admit I do drive and talk occasionally. I would never, ever text while driving or walking. You have to watch where you are going. .
