Youtube is showing the IPL matches with 5 to 10 minutes delay (as ITV has got the broadcasting rights). As per tvlicensing.co.uk, you can watch live streaming on Youtube if its not being shown as being broadcasted. I am not sure if this applies to IPL. Please Clarify.
