Do u think Stevie Richards will be part of the new Smackdown 2009 game?

im a big fan of his and ive noticed that they are including wrestlers that have been released since the start of the year, so is there a chance he will be in the game?

also do u think there will be ECW Legends like last years game? that may feature rvd, sabu, sandman etc.??
