a grandmothr is known well for never going to her dr. apmnts. she moves n w/grand daughter,thy giv her a nurse 2xweekly,the grandmal continues to disobey nurses orders also, refuses care, even kicks out help at times, wont eat according to diabectic diet, gets bed sores from not gettin outta bed, wont lay another way, finally her bed sore becomes infected, grandma passes away, police say the "grand daughter" not the nurse!! should be charged wit involuntary manslaughter, or failure to properly care for a disabled person?? although grand daughter has even a tape of grandma refuses to eat right or lay right, the granddaughter showed tape to nurse an nurse always says nothin can be done, grandma has rights we cant force her to do anything, grand daughter listened to nurse an didnt force rgandma to do anything she dont wanna do, even if for her best health, lots a people came forward to say they known family many years an grandma never liked drs. an granddaughter is only one ever took care of grandma, no family ever helped her care for grandma, police say grand daughter should a put her foot down an sent grandma to nurseing home if she would not obey dr. orders, yet nurse says nursing home would not a forced grandma either, grandma passed away of infection, grand daughter an 2 children also lived wit grandma, all was very upset, should grand daughter be charged??
